🛂 Passenger & Maintenance Guidelines:
○ ID Required: UAE ID or passport
○ Children under 12 must wear a life vest at all times
○ Compliance with security and safety rules is required
❌ Strictly Prohibited:
○ Alcohol or smoking (3000 AED fine + immediate reservation cancellation)
○ Entering with wet clothes or shoes
○ Using birthday candles, sprays, or confetti (staff-supplied sprays are exceptions)
○ Taking decorations (only cake may be taken)
📅 Reservation & Payment:
✔ Reservation confirmed only after full payment
✔ In case of late arrival, rental time counted as per original booking
✔ Extra time requires prior staff notification and deposit.
✔ Boarding opens 15 minutes prior to reservation
✔ 50% of payment retained for cancellations; rescheduling possible on an available date
✔ Bad Weather Option: Full refund OR pay 50% for the yacht to remain parked
